9. How long is your personal data kept?

 

PHE PROTECT keeps your personal data as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which it was collected and processed. PHE PROTECT may nevertheless keep this data for a longer period of time to comply with legal obligations and in particular the applicable limitation or foreclosure periods.

 

(1) In order to define a retention period, the following criteria are used:

 

The data relating to the management of commercial relationships are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and then for a maximum of three years for prospecting purposes.

Data relating to the use of our services and the management of orders are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and then in accordance with the applicable deadlines.

The data relating to requests and / or questions submitted via the contact form or other, are kept for the time necessary for their processing.

Data relating to solicitation operations is kept for one year from the last contact with the prospect.

Application data can be kept for up to two years from the last contact with the candidate.

(2) (a) Certain personal data, and in particular that concerning our employees, is kept in a form allowing identification for the duration of any limitation or foreclosure period applicable under the legislation in force. (2) (b) Furthermore, due to the extremely long time taken for legal proceedings, and since referral to the court or authority does not always give rise to real-time information for the defendant, we reserve the right the right to apply an additional retention period of four months following the expiration of the applicable limitation or foreclosure period.
